MUAY THAI – BEGINNERS
Learn the basics and foundations of traditional Muay Thai in a controlled and safe environment. Basic defence, striking and combinations. Amazing cardio and skills based class.

MUAY THAI ALL LEVELS
Perfect for everyone from beginners to expert. We divide the class into two groups, Beginners and Experienced and each group has its own teacher to provide suitable instruction for your level. Technique and combinations are a focus and tailored to you experience level. Our most popular class as you continue to develop your skill set while getting super fit.

MUAY THAI ADVANCED
Technique, combinations and work rate is much higher than all other classes. The expectation is you have a thorough understanding of Muay Thai and require Head Trainer approval before participating in this class.

BOXING ALL LEVELS
Learn and master the foundational techniques and combinations of Boxing. You will learn striking, combinations, footwork, defense, ring craft all while improving your fitness through a strong workout. We use a mix of partner and bag work in this class. Perfect for everyone from beginners to expert.

BOXING ADVANCED
Technique, combinations and work rate is much higher than other Boxing classes. The expectation is you have a thorough understanding of Boxingand require Head Trainer approval before participating in this class.

BOX FIT
High intensity bag and partner work to get your heart rate up and to torch the calories while having an epic time. The emphasis of this class is intensity and fitness and works at a much faster pace than a normal technique class.

SPARRING
If you are ready to test and practice your skills in a controlled and safe environment then sparring is for you! If you are ready to spar in a safe environment and challenge yourself then come and joining the weekly sparring sessions. In sparring we use light contact and strikes to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Always taught and guided by one of our experienced trainers. You will require approval from Head Trainer before entering a sparring class.

STRENGTH & FITNESS
Perfect to get you fit and toned. Each class is different but will use strength, cardio, plyometric techniques and more to ensure a full body workout. We use a combination of kettle bells, bodyweight, olympic lifting, dumbells, calisthenics, cardio machines (rowers and assault bikes) and more to keep each class exciting and effective. Small class sizes to ensure you are practising good and safe technique and get max attention from the trainers.

MUAY THAI KIDS
Divided into 2 age groups of 4-7 & 8-14. Your kids will learn the basics and foundations of traditional Muay Thai in a controlled and safe environment while also learning the discipline and respect that comes with a martial art.. Basic defence, striking and combinations. Amazing cardio and skills based class.
