All our trainers are ex or active Pro-Fighters so you will learn precision technique while improving you cardio and skills.
All classes involve:
- Technique work & drills to sharpen your striking and footwork
- Partner and pad work
- Bag work
- High intensity cardio
- Core and conditioning
Reach new levels of fitness and skill in our Boxing classes all the while having a heap of fun along. All levels are welcome from beginners – pros.
We also offer weekly sparring sessions and there’s potential to fight for the 8 LIMBS as an amateur if that’s your desire.
