No two classes are ever the same. Each session optimises your fitness through varied functional exercises performed at a relatively high intensity. Classes can incorporate a combination of cardio, body weight exercises, Olympic lifting, kettle bells, core and more. Classes run for 1hr and we cap them at 10 people per class to ensure you receive maximum attention from our trainers.
Attending an 8 Limbs X-Training class is more like a small group PT session as we want to ensure you get the maximum out of every class.
X-Training WODs (workout of the day) are posted on our website each week so you know what’s in store and you can train up for our challenge weeks which we hold on a regular bassi.
